Which size to choose
- 0.2–0.3mm — product absorption enhancement; safe for daily use. Helps serums penetrate more effectively.
- 0.5mm — mild collagen stimulation for face; use 1–2x per week.
- 0.75mm — scalp stimulation for hair growth support; use 1–2x per week on scalp only.
Honest note
Derma rolling is a legitimate skincare technique — but needle depth matters. Always roll on clean skin and sanitize the roller before and after each use with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
