Refund policy
At Vive™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, skincare devices and personal care tools cannot be returned once opened, unless defective. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
To initiate a return, email help.vivenew@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
