Shipping Policy
Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within Turkey. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address outside this AREA. The PRODUCTS will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.
Shipping Time
Your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
The time required to prepare the order, issue the invoice, and verify product availability is indicated on our WEBSITE. These periods exclude weekends and public holidays. Provided that the email address entered in the registration form is correct, the CUSTOMER will automatically receive an email notification once the PRODUCTS have been shipped.
Delivery Times and Costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of the estimated delivery times and applicable shipping methods for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method. Unless free shipping is offered, these costs will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS. Delivery Terms
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and upon presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left so the CUSTOMER can collect the package from the local post office.
Delivery Issues
At the end of the online ordering process, and before confirming the order, the CUSTOMER is informed of the estimated delivery date based on the selected carrier. Deliveries will be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this period is exceeded, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to complete the delivery within a reasonable additional time. If delivery is still not made within this period, the CUSTOMER may cancel the contract.
Upon cancellation, the SELLER will refund the total amount paid by the CUSTOMER (including taxes and delivery costs) using the same payment method, without undue delay after receiving the cancellation notice. The SELLER remains responsible for the PRODUCTS until they are delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have three (3) days to report any damage or partial loss observed at the time of delivery to the carrier.
